Zarai is a spice rubbed young cheese. Developed exclusively by team Darima it has local spices and oil in the rub. It has a distinct walnut flavor with a touch of spice. It is uniquely Indian as the spices used in its creation are locally sourced.
Suggested Serving: crackers, olives, pickled onions and chutney
Suggested Pairing: It is best paired with a full bodied red wine and beer
Darima farms was set up in 2017 as a passion project to create top quality artisan cheese at Village Darima, Uttrakhand. The idea was to not only create a world class product but also positively impact the community .Our cheese is now sold across the country at leading retail outlets, supermarkets and used by top hotels and restaurants.
