A wonderful representation of the Alps, from whence it originates, our marvellous Himalayan Tomme is cured craftily by the native villagers. These organic local experts use generous amounts of the freshest mountain cattle milk, to produce Darima’s signature Himalayan Tomme. This domestic cheese has a delicate, semi-soft texture, and is mild in flavour. The best part is its earthy, milky aroma that narrates its own tale!
